anniversary poetry

i loved a woman
at dawn, he said
brother, i am fire
i had a dream and i awoke with it
a bird sang
uplifting, as the wind blew
tell me less or tell me more
a mist was driving down
what shall we do now
good woman
lady, your heart has turned to dust
stern cold man
