poems

perhaps
somewhere i read a strange, old, rusty tale
afraid no more, i say
see the tentative
they threw a stone, you threw a stone
green afternoon serene and bright
a thousand silent years ago
a mist was driving down
have you seen walking through the village
a pen of steel
better than granite
beside a stricken field
some one complained to the master
