footprint poem

stir
so lost
i am singing to you
there is an hour of peaceful rest
i am fevered
all day to watch the blue wave curl and break
quietly, with reverance, in awe
who loves the rain
up from the meadows rich with corn
do not grieve that it is over
melancholy, blue it was
if it
let a joy keep you
i am a woman
