teen poem

star-dust and vaporous light
earth travails
risen from the dead
often i think of the beautiful town
are you alive?
world that changes under my hand
somewhere i read a strange, old, rusty tale
mysterious night
i bid them all farewell
there was a strangeness on your lips
a mile behind
you are clear
