modern poetry

the fragrance came
storm
some of the hurts you have cured
when night drifts along the streets of the city
sun stepped down from his golden throne
i have had one fear in my life
god
i expect you
one with you
sweet and strong
i loathed you
i think it just splendid
they ask me where i've been
