halloween poem

i shall see a star tonight
often is it not so?
she has a clear, wind-sheltered loveliness
beneath my window in a city street
give me hunger
out of the sparkling sea
why so sad my lovely one?
when i looked into your eyes
simply speaking
what do i owe to you
