modern poetry

in mournful numbers
full of tears
a look is but a ray
see the tentative
we lay
be not false
i made a vow once, one only
listen
i loathed you
by the shore, by the sea
we break the glass whose sacred wine
gloom
there was a strangeness on your lips
through the broad earth's aching breast
