short poem

i wonder where you live
sitting in his rocker waiting for your tea
i love the old melodious lays
the air is full of dawn and spring
i am old and blind
these be
along a river-side
stuff of the moon
my soul is a dark ploughed field
now while my lips are living
i hold your heart
