brother poem

which keeps
to what shall a woman liken her beloved
a pen of steel
once this soft turf
but i cannot read you now
the long resounding marble corridors
melancholy days have come
the sun is up
softly weeping
my soul goes clad in gorgeous things
blossoms of babies
