baby shower poem

as it
if it
i am fevered
mysterious night
looking beyond
i stand in the cold gray weather
shadows lay along broadway
all down the years
he speaks not well
i saw the first pear
i am weary of being bitter and weary of being wise
all within and all without me
full of tears
