break up poem

there is no escape by the river
a little peach in the orchard grew
to the passionate lover
i've won the race
good woman
i have seen the proudest stars
gloom
hang no wreath
looking beyond
which keeps
but alas, just dreams
i am weary of being bitter and weary of being wise
