love poems

high-born race
this ancient silver bowl of mine
he's gone
star-dust and vaporous light
all quiet along the potomac
in his guarded tent
how wild, how witch-like weird that life should be
gingham dog and the calico cat
bring me soft song
in an old chamber softly lit
a look is but a ray
