def poetry

old wine to drink
on and on
now while my lips are living
i fill this cup
this ancient silver bowl of mine
perhaps
high-born race
high walls and huge
the sun is up
and my name is truthful
before the solemn bronze saint
the single clenched fist lifted and ready
stern cold man
