there was a strangeness on your lips
mysterious night
here falls no light
earth travails
quietly, with reverance, in awe
a very remarkable history this is
against the green flame of the hawthorn-tree
therefore i may not
melancholy days have come
as evening falls
winged shadows sweeping by
the hypocritic days
