poetry in motion

therefore i may not
take my bracelets
tell me
who loves the rain
i sometimes wonder if it's really true
among the smoke and fog of a december afternoon
i said
night is dark, and the winter winds
in an old chamber softly lit
a few more windy days
uplifting, as the wind blew
