sorry poem

a bird sang
sweet splendor
earth travails
high walls and huge
could we but know
as it
in halls of sleep you wandered by
a poet, having taken the bridle off his tongue
our pleasant moments fly
he'd even have his joke
wrap the earth in cloudy weather
tell me less or tell me more
