child poetry

so fallen
i love my life, but not too well
behold me, in my chiffon, gauze and tinsel
i saw him once before
have you seen walking through the village
a mist was driving down
it is true that you say the gods are more use to you than fairies
that strange companion came on shuffling feet
i said
with the sunset
i reside at table mountain
with her hair flaying wildly
the snow whispers about me
i wonder where you live
