autumn poetry

desolate and lone
the ancient songs
this is the song of youth
backward, turn backward
if it
in his guarded tent
to the passionate lover
i have come into the desert because my soul is athirst
by the shore, by the sea
here falls no light
she said
she was a beauty in the days
when you come tonight
