famous poem

two rows of cabbages
love has been sung a thousand ways
i am dying
awful truths these be
soft as the bed in the earth
what shall we do now
i saw with open eyes
dark-eyed
i saw him once before
see, they return
once this soft turf
doubtless i remember still
