poetry for kid

of sun nor stars
in his guarded tent
you say you love me
daughters of time
her face is fair and smooth and fine
no prey am i of poor thoughts
simplicity
there is no escape by the river
but alas, just dreams
for then without
a pen of steel
when i was a boy at college
i shall see a star tonight
