christmas poems

into the silent land
those black eyes i once so praised
gloom
in september
out of the sparkling sea
when a deed is done for freedom
i expect you
love has been sung a thousand ways
sadly speaking
blossoms of babies
splendid and terrible your love
daughters of time
with joy and wonder
