spanish poem

i saw the first pear
a look is but a ray
looking beyond
give me hunger
long has the summer sunlight shone
master of human destinies am i
as a white candle
simply speaking
shades of night were falling fast
i stand in the cold gray weather
as it
dark-eyed
in your flight
if the red slayer think he slays
