romantic love poems

for i was a gaunt, grave councillor
three days i heard them grieve when i lay dead
as a naked man i go
burly, dozing humble-bee
sweet splendor
i shake my hair in the wind of morning
as a white candle
better than granite
my soul goes clad in gorgeous things
