free love poetry

you are clear
one by one, like leaves from a tree
over the rooftops race the shadows of clouds
old wine to drink
stir
dear wife
to the passionate lover
winged shadows sweeping by
the ancient songs
in and of itself
we were not many
in the dark and peace of my final bed
a mist was driving down
