contemporary poetry

one with you
let me move slowly through the street
my son is dead and i am going blind
simply speaking
i saw god. do you doubt it?
stay no more
let me be sad
why do
this is the ship of pearl
at dawn, he said
daughter, thou art come to die
be patient, life, when love is at the gate
in may
on and on
