free poem

brother, i am fire
the darkness rolls upward
i loathed you
bring me soft song
i am dying
calm as that second summer
she heard the children playing in the sun
we were not many
they in the darkness gather and ask
the meadow was creeping
will you glimmer on the sea?
let a joy keep you
in your flight
