sad love poem

she was a beauty in the days
simply speaking
long has the summer sunlight shone
i have heard them in the night
noises that strive to tear
a mile behind
he speaks not well
all my love for my sweet
the ancient songs
i am the wind that wavers
weak-winged is song
night was black and drear
