cowboy poetry

out of the deep and the dark
i am a woman
i heard the wind all day
a mile behind
you say you love me
grieve not for the invisible
all those treasures that lie
what do i owe to you
stuff of the moon
this is the song of youth
we were not many
i expect you
do you think, my boy, when i put my arms around you
gone are the three, those sisters rare
