poetry for kid

with lips blood red and heart of stone
but i cannot read you now
a little peach in the orchard grew
all down the years
this is the arsenal
i am a woman
and so it goes
stuff of the moon
i gazed upon the glorious sky
what do i owe to you
a mile behind
