autumn poem

let us plant
he's gone
a poet, having taken the bridle off his tongue
i hold your heart
take my bracelets
it was the autumn of the year
a sky that has never known sun, moon or stars
i wonder where you live
the old songs
in an old chamber softly lit
i burn no incense
with the sunset
