On Monday, April 7, The Irish Cultural Center, 1106 N. Central Ave., will start Term 2 of its Academy of Irish and Celtic Studies. Classes are offered in music (13 different instruments) and language (Irish and Welsh). A music theory class covering all instruments will also be offered.
